I think the Media like CNN, and MSNBC are wholly responsible for this.
They led a large portion of the population into believing that these Fringe extremes were normal. They kept pushing the idea that there are only 2 groups of political beliefs. The first group are Oppressors, and the other group are the oppressed, and there are no people in the middle.
In reality, they were the party in power, and thus the oppressors.
They preyed on people with room temperature IQ's, and other folks who felt like they were part of a fringe minority already. Trans people, Socialists, and other such groups.
The big campaign by Disney was the biggest tell. The heiress insisted on having Trans, and queer people cast to play in 50% of all roles.
Making it look like a >1% fringe minority were a large portion of the population..
The reason being, what kid doesn't want to imitate their favorite singer, actor, or other celebrity. This bled over into Hollywood, and then into Basic News Networks once it was "normalized enough."
After the pot slowly came to a boil for about 3 years, not many people noticed the new social term "the new normal" being used again, over and over..
They were tricking the people into thinking that these extreme beliefs were the new normal subconsciously, and millions without the ability to recognize it fell right into the line, and they started goose stepping with their oppressors.

Wiccan Conservative & Conservative Momma, both have channels on Rumble & always post good stuff, commented about the ones on the other side who may realize they have been brainwashed and deceived, reaching out or allowing them to reach to us.
