Since I’m still in the middle of development, and I’m taking a few prototyping courses, trying, failing, learning, and iterating is imminently on my mind.

So, I’ll definitely side on the rule of cool while we find what works and what doesn’t!

Let's say you already have the final product and you've released it. Do you care what others are doing with it at their tables or the tables they rent at conventions.

I’d be very libertarian in my approach.

If I wouldn’t want someone to tell me how to “play the game”, I wouldn’t want to tell others how to “play the game”.

Rules are rules.

I constantly tell my fiancee to lower game difficulty on video games if things are getting to hairy for her. Games are to have fun, not to stress too much over - but not to the extent you make everything too easy - there always has to be challenge.

I tried to tell the BrOSR crowd that they were leaning into a milked overcorrection against the Fujoshi and Theater troupe crowds, but they never wanted to hear that because it didn't get engagement from Jeffy or any of the other Big Name Fans with Youtube Channels.

Not that I want to rumour monger, but Jeffy is so dead set in the past it’s blinding him. We just need to move forward, not back.
